Manufacturing:
Developed a complete, nationwide
distribution, accounting, inventory and order processing system for a large
valve manufacturer. The system includes a live inventory, procurement, and
customer service inquiries.Developed web based inventory access, NCR, MTR and
quotation system.
Plastics
Manufacturing:
designed and implemented a manufacturing
system to handle production of PVC compounds. Production was based on
proprietary chemical recipes. The system includes a quality control module,
which tracks lab test results for each lot of product created. The extensive
audit capabilities of this system allow the users to track backwards from a
product / lot number to the purchase order and the vendor from whom raw
materials were purchased. The system also handles all accounting, shipping,
warehousing, inventory, QC, purchasing, billing and order processing.
Developed
web based IT Asset / Maintenance program for 50+ user network which tracks
hardware, software, licensing, maintenance and includes programming to allow
for e-mail notifications or complaints to vendors and logs for resolutions.

a LIMS (Laboratory information management system) program for PVC
resin manufacturing company.

system for a PVC resin manufacturing company and integrated it with a legacy

generates invoices and driver payroll, and integrates with the accounting

Shipyard

Migrated a customized DOS based application
to a Windows-based system, meeting special reporting requirements. The system
integrates with the existing payroll system, and tracks employee time,
materials and outside contractors. By integrating the system with accounts
receivable, invoices are automatically generated.

storage and repairs of containers. Nightly reports are automatically created
and faxed to each customer. The system also tracks customer inventory and
automatically bills for storage and handling of containers.
Industrial Supplies:
Developed a custom system for tracking
inventory of multiple stationary and mobile truck warehouses, with accounting
and inventory control. The system accommodates the implosion and explosion of
inventory items and costs.
