| New Corporate Strategy |
| Desmac Corporation
initiates new corporate strategy. Over the next few months Desmac will be
moving to a new and larger facility, invest in new software, servers and
workstations, and initiate and execute new growth plan. Highlights of the new
plan include: Partner and affiliate programs including cooperative advertising
and marketing, special at-cost and discounts for non-profit/charity programs, a
fresh web site, and on-line facilities for careers and project posting.
